Space Eat & Dance – the best sunsets with haute cuisine
The most recent project of the businessman Pepe Roselló (creator of the legendary Space Ibiza club) was to create a meeting place, where to live new experiences in a privileged place to see the best sunsets in Ibiza, to be accompanied by good gastronomy and music.
Space Eat & Dance is located on the coast of ses Variades, one of the most visited places on the entire island and where on July 30, 2022 it opened its doors to everyone.

Pepe Roselló says: “Music is the soul that gives life to the fantasy of feelings, passion and love that harmonizes the world, which together with food gives rise to unparalleled pleasure.” It is the reflection of the magic that this place wants to transmit in a gastronomic way.
They have selected a menu of the day, with dishes made with fresh products. In addition, with a snack menu and dishes to share without forgetting the extensive cocktail menu.

Absolutely mental prices, €18 for a vodka and coke in October with the place absolutely empty, maybe that should have been a warning. Staff are lovely but how am I gonna tip them with the price of drinks?!?I’ve been here twice now — once for lunch and once for dinner and I had a great experience both times. I had the menu del dìa for lunch and ordered the Vitello Tonnato, cuttlefish and cod risotto, and yogurt ice cream with peaches…24€ for everything. For dinner, we ordered two different fish dishes. Both were good but the bacalao definitely stood out. Although it’s on the main boardwalk with a DJ in the evening, the music is never so loud that you can’t have a conversation. You’ll also recognize some of the furniture from the former club! Awesome bilingual servers as well.Lunch was immense! We didn’t intend on a 2 course meal with 3 cocktails! But everything was delicious and so well made! And we got very well looked after by the staff! Needless to say the rest of our holiday will revolve around a 2 hour lunch and cocktails!Great place, the view, the music (the synch with the sunset), the food was very tasty and staff very friendly, they made our night! Special thanks to Unai and Paco, we felt like home.
