PLAYA SES ILLETES
The Ses Illetetes is located at the northernmost point of the island, and the closest to the island of Espalmador, (only 150 meters away), are the most visited and visited by Formentera visitors. We can access this area from the main road leaving the Port of La Savina, or by the same main road coming from the town of Es Pujols.
You can access this area with any vehicle, although its access is recommended on foot or by bicycle, to better enjoy the landscape and contribute to its environmental protection and to be able to pass for free, since Illetas is one of the beaches of Formentera with pay for visitors who go with a motor vehicle.
In addition, part of this area is not accessible with vehicles, only on foot, due to the irregularity of the terrain. In Illetas we find services of restaurants, hammocks and umbrellas, footbridges for the disabled, rental of small boats with pedals and rent of everything necessary to enjoy nautical sports such as sailing. From the beach area of Ses Illetes we can enjoy one of the most beautiful views of the island as well as one of the best known excursions as we approach the Isle of Espalmador.
