The authentic Neapolitan pizza

At Pizzeria Adiós, the Neapolitan pizza recipe is followed with precision and dedication. Each pizza has a diameter that does not exceed 35 centimeters, with a raised, burn-free edge, known as the famous cornice. The dough is soft and fragrant, the result of meticulous preparation and the use of the highest quality ingredients.

San Marzano tomatoes, Parmigiano Reggiano, buffalo mozzarella and black truffle are some of the products with protected designation of origin that are used in the preparation of these pizzas. The result is a fluffy and tasty pizza that can be enjoyed at any time of the day, perfect for any lover of authentic Italian cuisine.

A cozy and evocative atmosphere

The atmosphere at Pizzeria Adiós is as attractive as its menu. The terrace, with views of the Mercat Vell, is a charming place to enjoy an al fresco meal. The restaurant’s bright and tastefully decorated interior offers a welcoming refuge where every detail pays homage to Neapolitan passion.

The decoration is a tribute to Diego Maradona, the legendary Argentine footballer who is considered a football god in Naples. The name “Adiós” is both a tribute to the iconic figure of Maradona and a fond farewell, encapsulating the essence of what many consider the greatest footballer in history.

My partner and I were having dinner last Friday, March 29, and the experience was simply very unpleasant.Starting with the head of the establishment, who was having dinner at a table with his family and who spent the entire night speaking in a derogatory and insulting way to his workers, with fuss and unpleasant comments that all of us who were there could hear. When he felt like it, he would get up from his chair and begin to scold the waiters loudly. As customers at that time, we felt very uncomfortable and our dinner became a very bad experience. We find it amazing that there are people like that who treat others that way.To continue, the food left a lot to be desired. We ordered a tuna and onion pizza and a pepperoni pizza. In the first one, the description could read “tuna steak” but what arrived at our table was a dough with tiny pieces of canned tuna. We feel cheated and the only reason we did not ask for a claim form is because it could harm the workers even more.Simply put: SHAMEFUL and DISGUSTING.
