Zuma’s career
Born of London magnificence, this great restaurant brand reflects the perfection of the izakaya (classic Japanese bar) concept. Co-founded and created by Rainer Becker in London in 2002, a true lover of Japan after spending six years there as executive chef, and has establishments in New York, Dubai, Rome, Miami, Mykonos and Madrid.
