Chiringuito Cala Escondida – a magical corner of Ibiza

Its friendly owner, Ibicencan of Dutch origin Tess Harmsen, shows her ecological concern by using biodegradable materials (not a trace of glass), solar panels and a composting toilet. A clear example for love of nature and the planet.
